These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Touchstone Institute ("Touchstone", "we", "us", or "our") to provide information about the Conduit platform. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes to help you learn about Conduit's assessment, credentialing, and workforce-readiness products and to request a demonstration. Your use of any individual Conduit product (accessed through sign-in) is governed separately by that product's own terms of use and any agreement in place between Touchstone Institute and your organization — these Terms apply only to this marketing website.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and the Conduit and Touchstone Institute names and marks — is owned by or licensed to Touchstone Institute and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

3. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites, including sign-in pages for individual Conduit products. Touchstone Institute is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.

4. No Warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability
